I am Annett, the founder of S-O-S and a bilingual Personal assistant. I work with clients around the globe.

I spent several years living and working in Great Britain and since 2007 I am based back in Germany.

My entire working life has revolved around customer service and administration. First as a social insurance clerk then within the aviation industry and since 2021 as a bilingual Personal Assistant on a freelance basis.

I believe every client is unique and deserves outstanding service. I recognise that the administrative tasks are the backbone of any business, therefore they need to be meticulously organised to ensure a smooth operation.
